Founded in 1993 PSL are food procurement and margin improvement management experts, specialising in the foodservice market. We are an independent company working in the best interests of our clients, the food purchaser, with a fully transparent and success related fee structure. Our aim is to achieve the highest possible food margins and the lowest possible food prices for our clients, without compromising on the food quality or service, thereby providing a sustainable, profitable and professional solution.
