Founded in 2003 PSL's Irish operation provides a bespoke solution for our Irish client base. We currently manage a total spend of approximately €35 million across over 50 sites and are continuing to grow. Offering the same effective level of service and impressive results as our colleagues over in the UK, we have the added benefit of local market knowledge and contacts across mainland Ireland.

Our client portfolio ranges from brasserie style restaurants to branded deli concepts, as well as branded high street resturants and 3,4 and 5 star hotels. We also have a number of seasonal clients who are only open for 6/7 months of the year. Active across the country, our supplier base covers all 32 counties and currently we have clients covering 16 counties.
