1. Purchasing set-up and support to detail and agree all product specifications, order sheets, and credit note systems.
    
2. "Back door audits", which provide a very powerful and ongoing interface between negotiating the best price on paper and checking the actual delivery of physical produce to the agreed specification, quality and quantity.
    
3. Margin management/improvement through food operational efficiency. We have been able to identify significant areas where both procurement and operational efficiency can be improved and typically deliver to clients a combined improvement of 15-20% in the cost of their food operations.
